Replace your non-chip card
Dear Customer,
As per Qatar Central Bank instructions all the ATMs in Qatar will not be accepting non-chip cards with immediate effect.
If you have a non-chip card (credit or ATM/Debit) from Mashreq, we would appreciate if you could do the following urgently:
- Call our call center at 4800480 and ask for a replacement with a new CHIP card
- Collect your ATM/Debit chip card from our C-Ring Branch (in 3-5 working days) as per the following timings:
Sunday - Thursday from 7:30am to 1:00pm
Saturday from 8:00am to 12:30pm - In case your requested for a credit card replacement, it will be couriered to your home/office address in 5-7 working days
In the mean time you can use your non-chip cards only on Mashreq ATMs. We request that you obtain a replacement chip card as soon as possible to minimize any future inconvenience.
