Transfer Challenge Code (TCC)
Money transfers cannot happen without the correct TCC. As a security measure, your confidential sealed TCC will be directly couriered to the address you specified at the time of account opening. To apply for the TCC, login in to MashreqOnline and click on “Account Servicing”.
Register Beneficiary
Money can be transferred only to specific beneficiary accounts that you have registered in advance. To register a beneficiary:
- In MashreqOnline, click on “Account Servicing” and select the “Manage Beneficiaries” option
- Input the beneficiary details and upon submission, you will receive an activation code on the mobile number provided at the time of account opening
- Input the activation code into MashreqOnline to instantly activate your beneficiary
