What do you need to transfer money through MashreqOnline
When transferring money through MashreqOnline to any other Mashreq account or making a Third Party Transfers (Telex / DD / Pay Order or to any other Mashreq accounts) you will need to enter a Transfer Challenge Code (TCC). This is in addition to your MashreqOnline UserID and Password.
How is it Faster
- You can now apply for TCC through MashreqOnline and receive it by courier within 5 working days
- There is no need to visit the branch to apply or collect your TCC
- No documentation is required
How do I apply for the Transfer Challenge Code (TCC)
- Sign On to MashreqOnline
- Click on Account Serving on the main menu at the top
- Select 'Apply for TCC' on the left menu
- Complete the requested details and submit
- You will receive your TCC by courier within 5 working days
Things to remember
- Please be careful while activating your TCC as it will be disabled after 3 wrong attempts
- Keep your TCC in a secure location and we strongly recommend that you do not share it with anyone.
- We will never ask you to reveal your TCC in any of our communications
- You will receive the TCC by courier on the address provided in the online application. We will send you a SMS and an email to keep you updated on your request
